Please note that due to the many food items in our boxes, we do not except returns or exchanges. Once shipped, all sales are final (no refunds), and we can only process refunds prior to shipping.
If an item in your box was damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the product. We’ll be happy to replace any broken or damaged product, and will help you get everything sorted out as soon as possible.
